Our sweet spot lies in Pre-Seed, Seed, Series A, and Late-Stage companies. While we’re best aligned with these stages, we’re always open to connecting with deep-tech founders who believe their innovation aligns with our thesis.

Given the nature of deep-tech investing, we conduct rigorous technical and commercial diligence on every opportunity. Timelines vary by sector and the complexity of validation, but typically range from a few weeks to a couple of months. We believe in forming conviction through thoughtful evaluation, not rushing decisions.

Our process begins with an introductory conversation with one of our investment professionals, followed by a series of technical, financial, and market deep-dives. We work closely with domain experts and advisors to assess technology readiness, defensibility, and scalability. Once internal consensus is reached, opportunities are presented to our Investment Committee for final approval. Founders are kept informed throughout the process. We value transparency and partnership.

We look for exceptional founding teams solving hard technical problems with defensible IP and a clear path to market differentiation. Grit, clarity of thought, and long-term resilience matter as much as technology depth.

We focus on companies building from or for India, with a global outlook. We’re particularly excited about ventures that harness India’s R&D and engineering depth to create globally competitive technologies and products that can scale across borders.
